Thomas Lambert is a fictional character featured in Luther: The Calling.
Background[edit | edit source]
Thomas, referred to as Tom, was a youth counsellor in London. He and Anthony Needham owned and operated an office in Clissold Park. He was married to Sarah Lambert. The two had difficulties having children, but Sarah eventually became pregnant. At one point, Tom was interested in Buddhism and yoga. He was also on a macrobiotic diet for a time. He was 38 years old at the time of his death.
Appearances[edit | edit source]
Tom appears in the novel Luther: The Calling, in which his home is invaded and he, along with his pregnant wife, is murdered. The couple were sleeping when the intruder killed them, cutting Tom open from throat to pubis. The killer also castrated Tom, stuffing his penis and testicles into his mouth. Sarah was cut open and her unborn child extracted. She died of her wounds, but the child may have survived the extraction.
