Callum Aldrich is a character in the 2023 crime thriller Luther: The Fallen Sun.
He is the first victim of serial killer David Robey whom Luther investigates.
Biography[]
One day while cleaning in an office building Callum receives a phone call from serial killer David Robey who tells him to meet him at an unknown location, At first Callum is unsure if he can make it however Robey says he will send the screenshots to everyone on his contact list. Instantly Callum rushes out of the building to the location.
Later on, Callum whilst driving to the unknown location comes across a car crash, He immediately phones the emergency services exits his car and approaches the other car. He spots someone in the road and someone else in the passenger seat, he looks at the passenger and informs the emergency services that he thinks the passenger is dead, however, the figure that was in the road gets up and knocks Callum down and tasers him.
At some point, Robey tortures Callum and records it. A few years later, Callum is still missing with little progress in the investigation and search for him.
At an unknown time, Robey eventually murders Callum and moves his body to an abandoned mansion, Some time later his mother arrives and finds his body however before she can do anything, Robey sets the room on fire, incinerating his body.

Callum is shown to be nervous especially when he comes across the “crash car”.It is unknown what caused Robey to be able to blackmail him presumably something significant to Callum.
