The Attempted Murder of Georgette Robey occurred when corrupt DS Woodward was forced to to murder David Robey’s wife,But he was unsuccessful.
Background[]
After finding out who the serial killer is,Luther and Raine visit Georgette Robey to ask her about him.Luther asks Georgette information about her husband but she refuses due to being afraid of him.Luther say to her he knows she try to stop him before and she got seriously burnt because of it.Raine asks Georgette where he is,Raine say they need to know because Robey has her daughter.Georgette whispers it to Raine and then Luther and Raine leave.
Later on Luther and Raine stop off at Raine’s house to get some things,While Raine is getting her things Luther phones up Schenk and informs him that the killer has someone on the inside.
Some time later Woodworking informs Robey that Raine used her passport and she is head to Norway where Robey is.Robey realises that his wife informed Raine and Luther where he is,He asks Woodward to do one more thing.Then Woodward would be done,Woodworking although reluctant agrees to murder Robey’s wife.
Attempted murder[]
A few hours later Woodward enters the Hospital and finds it empty,He goes into Georgette room and attempts to murder her with an poisons injection.However before he can do anything the room’s lights suddenly turn on,It’s Schenk with two police officers.Woodward attempts to escape but another officer is at the door.
Schenk tells Woodward Luther knew someone would come but he didn’t know who,Schenk says he knew it was Woodward. Schenk then says that what does the killer have on him and why did it that like that,Bad enough for him to murder a innocent woman.Woodward replies it wasn’t that bad.Woodward realises he has been caught and injects himself with the poison,Killing him within a few seconds.
Aftermath[]
After finding out via Georgette where Robey is,Luther and Raine journey to Norway to confront him.Ultimately Georgette information leads to her husband downfall.
